Phil has over 30 years of experience in consulting for industries such as supply chain, logistics, service, hospitality, food processing, and discrete and process manufacturing. Mr. Rusher has helped clients realize bottom-line improvements through process analysis, continuous improvement/process improvements, hands-on engagement, waste reduction and through the implementation of maintenance and production, management infrastructure and control systems. Phil received the Six Sigma certificate from Villanova, and attended Eastern Kentucky University for Economics and Business.
