NMS Consulting Announces Leadership Changes for 2023
Trevor M. Saliba Retires as Chief Executive Officer
LOS ANGELES, CA – January 4, 2023. NMS Consulting, Inc. (“NMS”), a global management consulting and strategic advisory firm, announced today that its Founder, Managing Partner and Global Head of Private Equity, M&A and Strategy, Trevor M. Saliba has stepped down as Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of NMS effective December 31, 2022. Mr. Saliba will remain Chairman of the Board and will continue to provide strategic guidance to the firm’s senior management team.
Trevor M. Saliba, Founder and Chairman stated, “I would like to thank the entire NMS Consulting team for their continued hard work these last four years. I am extremely proud of the organization we have built which today stands among the leading global boutique consultancies, specifically in the European and Middle Eastern markets. I’ve decided to step down as CEO solely due to the demands from my private equity firm, NMS Capital Group, specifically within its key platform investments and operations in Europe which have become increasingly demanding, requiring my full time and involvement over 2022. I felt it was only fair to the NMS Consulting team and our wonderful clients to step down and search for a new CEO to take the firm to the next level.”
Founded in 2018, NMS Consulting is a global organization with more than 350 professionals across 17 global offices. As part of the leadership transition, the firm has formed an executive committee to oversee and manage the operations until a new CEO has been selected.
