Jeff Ramson, based in New York, leads the firm’s Strategic Communications division. In addition, he is CEO of PCG Advisory Group, an associated leading Wall Street investor relations firm that he founded in 2008. Mr. Ramson has a proven track record of more than 25 years on Wall Street raising capital and providing strategic guidance for emerging public and private companies. Mr. Ramson began his career as a Certified Public Accountant at Price Waterhouse. He has also held positions at First Boston, Credit Lyonnais, Bank of Nova Scotia and Barclays. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from George Washington University and received his CPA certification in 1985.
