Shengyu Qiao is an experienced management consultant with a focus on change management, business improvement, and process design.  Shengyu has worked for Accenture, where she took part in many projects including consulting for a leading Japanese pharmaceutical company, where she designed, implemented, facilitated, and monitored a zero based budget.  She also worked for a leading paper and pulp company, where she provided vendor capability scanning, volume consolidation for three factories, and implemented a successful cost reduction program.  Shengyu also consulted for a leading Chinese chemical company where she provided data quality analysis, business modeling, model utilization, and helped increase ROI on trade marketing spending.  She also consulted for a leading US supermarket transportation company, helping redesign processes to reduce cost and increase efficiency.  Also, Shengyu consulted for a leading global pharmaceutical company to provide advertisement and promotion efficiency and optimization.  Shengyu holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Bath.
