Ms. Park joined NMS Consulting in 2019 as a Senior Partner and is the Global Head of the Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Group team where she advises clients on a wide variety of subject matter related to cybersecurity and data privacy, including GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act. She has advised clients in the areas of compliance, including consulting on operational best practices for legal compliance.

Ms. Park is also an experienced attorney where she has represented clients in the business and financial services sector in a broad range of complex and commercial litigation involving, among other things, fraud, partnership disputes, employment disputes, business tort, trademark and trade secret litigation before the State and Federal courts. She is licensed as an attorney in California, New Jersey and New York. She is also a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Committee on Women in Law (past chair), Commercial Federal Litigation Section, National Association of Women Lawyers and the Federal Bar Council and the Korean American Coalition. She has a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School and Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Michigan.
