He commenced his clinical career in Istanbul and subsequently pursued a Business Administration B.Sc. degree from Anadolu University, adding a dynamic dimension to his expertise.

During his career in the United States, Dr. Alnigenis served as a resident physician at esteemed institutions such as New York Cornell University School of Medicine, New York Presbyterian Hospital, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Hospital, and Hospital for Special Surgery hospitals.

Upon returning to Turkey, he transitioned into the corporate sector and joined Baxter Hospital Products Company. His journey within the company encompassed various leadership roles in marketing and sales, culminating in his promotion to the esteemed position of General Manager at Eczacibasi Healthcare Services Company.

Dr. Alnigenis continued to excel in his professional pursuits and held significant leadership roles in prestigious organizations. He served as Country Managing Director at Gambro Medical Devices, followed by taking on the role of Regional General Manager at GE Healthcare EAGM LCS anesthesia business.

His journey of excellence in the healthcare industry continued as he assumed the role of Head of Enterprise Services and Solutions for Turkey at Siemens Healthcare.
