Moses Busiga has over 15  years of experience working within the healthcare industry. His work experience includes program management in Reproductive Health/Maternal and Child Health, HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis (TB), and Malaria. His technical competencies include Monitoring and Evaluation of Health programs, Health Management Information Systems, Program Design and Management, Business Development, Evaluation, and Research. Moses served as a Monitoring and Evaluation/Health Information System specialist for the United States Agency for International Development Tanzania Health Office. In this capacity, he oversaw monitoring and evaluation functions of the office and provided technical assistance to the United States Agency for International Development staff and implementing partners in performance management and the development of monitoring and evaluation plans. He also supported the Health System Strengthening portfolio in monitoring and evaluating functions and routine health information systems.
