NMS Consulting Appoints Ovsanna Takvoryan as a Managing Director

Ms. Takvoryan has over seventeen years of legal experience serving as counsel to various corporate entities and high net worth individuals locally, nationally and globally, in various industries including, but not limited to entertainment, retail, real estate, finance, technology and manufacturing. She has extensive experience in structuring business transactions for foreign clients doing business in the United States, and U.S. companies doing business abroad. In addition, she specializes in corporate restructuring and transactional aspects of Chapter 11 reorganization, as well as out of court restructurings. Ms. Takvoryan also has extensive real estate advisory experience ranging from structuring purchases and sales of real property, including much more complex transactions involving TIC agreements and 1031 exchanges, and syndications ranging from $10 to $95 million on matters involving multiple entities and lenders.

Ms. Takvoryan received her Bachelor’s Degree in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College and her Juris Doctorate from University of California, Los Angeles.
