Brian Wood has over 30 years of experience consulting company leaders on systems integration within the software industry. Brian was a principal, director, and senior manager in several international consultancies, and has grown customer relationship management (CRM) practices across multiple industries including financial services, consumer packaged goods, life sciences, and manufacturing. Mr. Wood has been responsible for several multimillion dollar projects that included managing resources from clients and third party contractors, and has delivered on time and under budget consistently. Roles Brian has taken on at prominent firms include McKinsey & Company (Senior Enterprise Data Architect), KPMG (Senior Manager), IBM (Principal), and Capgemini (Director).  

AT KPMG, he was responsible for design, staffing, and delivery of customer value management solutions. At IBM, Brian was responsible for design, staffing, and delivery of CRM and call center solutions globally, as well as the design and roll-out of methodology for global consulting and systems integration. At Capgemini, Brian was responsible for design, staffing, and delivery of CRM and analytic solutions for the insurance industry. Mr. Wood holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, and an MBA in International Business from the University of Rhode Island.
