Jim Vasconcellos is a Senior Consultant with over 25 years of hands-on experience in strategic planning, business development, project management, technology implementation, process design, and development of programs to leverage technology for organizational change.  Jim is a dedicated professional, forward-thinking and a visionary leader with a demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams of professionals to new levels of success, across multiple industries.

Jim worked for a stealth radar technology contractor to the B-2 Bomber and F-117 Stealth Fighter programs.  He became immersed in resource planning and redesign of processes for technology acquisition, facilities management, and personnel security.  He has held several consulting positions in the areas of process design, technology implementation, and human resources management.  Jim worked for boutique consultancies, and IBM/Lotus, as well as with select clients as a sole proprietor.  His results were measured in millions of dollars of new revenue, and cycle time reduction.  Jim holds a Master’s Degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.
