Nico Hu has more than 7 years of experience as a consultant in high-level strategic planning and business execution.  Nico gained vast consulting experience from her time as a Senior Consultant in Strategy for Accenture, where she took part in TMT, insurance, banking, and retail.  Ms. Hu also served as a Consultant at China’s first joint venture investment bank, China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC), where she provided financial advisory and due diligence services.  Nico also worked at Allianz Insurance as a Strategy Manager, where she helped establish a new business unit, and define the business plan and growth strategy.  Nico’s expertise includes digital transformation, customer insight, competitive analysis, market entry strategy, and change management.  Nico holds a Master’s Degree in Management and Accounting from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
