Examples of Lee’s consulting services include coaching hundreds of managers, and coaching and consulting for the president of a $1 billion company. Lee also has provided millions of dollars in savings for his clients by reducing overtime, inventories, redundant suppliers and defects over the span of his career. Additionally, he added revenue through innovative sales plans and adding incremental volumes. Lee holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Memphis. Additionally, he lectured at the Syracuse University Graduate School of Engineering.
