NMS Consulting Taps Nurtan Turan as a Senior Consultant in London

Ms. Nurtan Turan is a highly motivated, passionate and driven global finance transformation independent specialist with over 20 years of Finance Transformation experience gained by advising large global multinationals across multiple industries.  Her leadership, coaching and relationship management skills have been demonstrated through the various roles that she has taken on, from working with executives, to crafting visions, to transformation of goals.  Notable firms Nurtan has worked for include Deloitte and Accenture. 

Nurtan served as Director CFO Services at Deloitte Management Consulting North West Europe Focusing on digital business transformation and automation, target operating models, new business development, and coaching CFOs and finance leaders in achieving their 180 days plan.  Business development work consisted of Coca Cola European Partners TME ZBB project (achieved savings of over €6M) and Medtronic OTC transformation (3-year program €1.5 Million).  Nurtan also served as Senior Finance & Performance Manager at Accenture, where she was responsible for positioning Accenture in the Dutch and Australian Market (February 2004 – February 2007), growing the Dutch practice from 3 to 12 consultants.  She also managed the F&PM Budget and Resources, and achieved a well-known F&PM image by organizing events., helping the client to penetrate under-served accounts.
