Mr. Daniel Wolff is an experienced management consultant who is passionate about partnering with clients to solve their toughest challenges. He has 13 years of combined consulting and industry experience across a wide range of industries and functions. Daniel is a proven leader who enjoys teaming with clients and consultants to produce innovative and insightful deliverables and outcomes that generate bottom-line results. He has deep experience helping clients drive profitable growth, through pricing strategy and execution, better serving customer needs, and building sustainable competitive advantage.
Daniel’s success stories include; estimating the volume uplift of a proposed change in pricing strategy for a large consumer electronics company, enabling the client to profitably grow in key overseas markets; leading a pricing and revenue realization initiative at a telecommunications client which resulted in over $20MM in increased revenue; and advising a Fortune 100 energy company on its commercialization strategy for a new product, including the selection of target geographies, applications, customers and channel partners, partnering with a Fortune 100 technology services company to improve its strategic account planning approach, helping the client to penetrate under-served accounts.
