Emre is a human resources associate who focuses on the components and the legal infrastructure of a company’s human resources management. He consults on developing and implementing HR performance and career tracking and payroll systems on ERPs. He also supports clients on recruitment processes, career planning, organizational improvement and wage management areas, as well as documenting HR processes. Mr. Cumhuriyet is also a professor of Economics at the University of Istanbul.
