Ritesh is an Engineer with an MBA and has more than 23 years of experience in the areas of cross-border collaborations, strategy consulting and general management. He has successfully helped several overseas companies set up operations in India and has a deep understanding of India Entry consulting including M&A, Partner Search & Selection, as well as setting up greenfield facilities for Multinationals.  Ritesh has an entrepreneurial management style and is a strategic thinker with the ability to take a vision from concept/strategy to reality through focused execution.

He was a key member of the transaction team for a 100 Mn Euros acquisition in India for a French company. He has consulted for clients across industry sectors. He is a dynamic and passionate manager who leads from the front and contributes to all aspects of businesses. With rich experience in acquiring and servicing new clients, Ritesh regularly works closely with C-Level and Board Executives of American & European companies. He has traveled extensively in western Europe and the U.S. His specialties include: M&A, India Entry Services, Setting up Green field projects, International Sales, Business Plans.
