Mr. Craver has over 25 years of multi-disciplined enterprise level experience having consulted for small high-performance and large enterprise multi-level teams, including large overseas contingent workforces. Mr. Craver has navigated through challenging environments such as shifting IT strategies, paralyzing operational policies and processes, shifting program/project management methodologies, and various delivery models. Mr. Craver leverages his practical, real-world lessons to help growing organizations think forward and organically grow their IT organization in a more manageable fashion, with the least amount of disruption for the businesses they support. He held various titles during his 15 year tenure at Hewlett-Packard, including BI and Analytics Business Engagement Manager. Mr. Craver holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Oregon State University.
