Aykut is an accomplished IT Service Management (ITSM) leader with a proven ability to enhance operational efficiency and user satisfaction across various sectors. He has successfully implemented structured frameworks that significantly reduce service duplication and outages while improving incident resolution times. Aykut is also skilled in training IT staff to boost proficiency and developing performance metrics that drive continuous improvement initiatives, leading to enhanced system uptime and overall IT operations. His results-oriented approach consistently delivers impactful improvements in IT services.

Aykut has also served as an interim CFO for many companies, providing strategic financial leadership by helping companies navigate periods of transition, growth, and financial restructuring. Aykut has vast experience in overseeing financial operations, including cash flow management, budget planning, financial reporting, and forecasting. As an Interim CFO, Aykut has guided companies through complex financial challenges, taking charge of preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards, and leading efforts to optimize financial performance. 

Mr. Cakir has worked for major Fortune 500 companies such as Procter & Gamble, Roche Pharma Group, John Deere, and Linde Gas. He has twenty-eight years of experience in Operational Finance and Optimization, Accounting, and General Management, with international business experience including in the USA, Europe, Middle East and Turkey.
