NMS Consulting is pleased to welcome Anil Damargüç, Ersel Barlak, and Çetin Tuğberk Gürcan to the firm, adding senior expertise across regulatory strategy, corporate finance, M&A, international trade law, company formation, and business development.
Anil Damargüç joins as Senior Consultant for the Europe and MENA region. She brings a multidisciplinary scientific background spanning medical laboratory sciences, biology, medicinal and aromatic plants, toxicology, cosmetic safety assessment, GMP, quality management systems, and regulatory affairs. Her work supports manufacturers and brand owners across the product lifecycle, from concept development and formulation design to regulatory approval, market access, and commercialization.
Ersel Barlak joins as Senior Consultant for the Europe and MENA region. He brings more than 25 years of international experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, investment banking, and strategic advisory. Over the course of his career, he has led complex M&A transactions, project financings, IPOs, and corporate valuation projects across industries including manufacturing, FMCG, healthcare, energy, tourism, logistics, infrastructure, and technology. His background includes senior leadership roles at Danista Capital Partners, ANXO Consulting GmbH, Anex Tourism Group, Verim Menkul Değerler, EY, QNB FinansInvest, Yıldız Holding, PwC, and Garanti Bankası.
Çetin Tuğberk Gürcan joins as Consultant in the Australia Office. A graduate of Yeditepe University Faculty of Law and a dual citizen of Australia and the Republic of Türkiye, Gürcan brings experience in international trade law, company formation, contracts, legal compliance, and business development. In Australia, he advises local businesses, provides expert opinions on Turkish Law and International Trade Law to Australian courts, and conducts legal seminars for communities across the country.
