NMS Consulting taps Brenda Natarajan as a Senior Consultant

Brenda Natarajan is a corporate attorney and Certified Public Accountant with experience in private equity M&A, financings, and general corporate matters. She focuses on providing corporate due diligence, consulting and advisory services for companies ranging from family offices to middle-market.  Ms. Natarajan represents clients in various industries, including Technology, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Life Sciences and Real Estate. Brenda developed a keen understanding of consulting solutions during her time at PwC.

Previously, Ms. Natarajan worked as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.  Ms. Natarajan holds a J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a Bachelors in Business Administration from Pace University.  Ms. Natarajan is admitted to practice as an attorney in California, New York and New Jersey, and admitted to practice as a Certified Public Accountant in New York.
