Ersel Barlak is a Senior Consultant for NMS Consulting’s Europe and MENA region, bringing more than 25 years of international experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, investment banking, and advisory services. He has led complex M&A transactions, project financings, initial public offerings, and corporate valuation projects across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, FMCG, healthcare, energy, tourism, logistics, infrastructure, and technology.

Throughout his career, Ersel has held senior leadership roles with Danista Capital Partners, ANXO Consulting GmbH, Anex Tourism Group, Verim Menkul Değerler, EY, QNB FinansInvest, Yıldız Holding, PwC, and Garanti Bankası. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from Boston College and a double major degree in Political Science and Business Administration from Boğaziçi University. Fluent in English and German, he also serves as Turkey Representative for IMAP, International M&A Partners.
