Neal Karski is an experienced strategy and operations professional with experience in management consulting, investment banking, financial analysis and business development. He has managed various consulting and client teams for small-to-mid size businesses, as well as global Fortune 500 organizations, assuring effective implementation, quality of deliverables and transparent reporting. Notably, Neal has worked as an Analyst at Baird where he managed client relationships with top middle market private equity firms.  He also served as a Management Consultant at Kepler Consulting, where he drove value capture and change management during M&A integrations, developed operations and category strategies to drive multi-year savings, conducted global market studies, supply chain analyses and negotiations, and developed robust project plans, reporting frameworks and analysis tools.  Neal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Loyola University Chicago.
