Katherine Zhu is experienced in business development, relationship management, operational analysis, and corporate strategy. Katherine worked at Deloitte, where she coordinated communication of 500+ employees from different segments to launch a $100 million ERP implementation project at a Fortune 500 telecommunication company. Throughout her career, she provided market research and analysis, prepared financial models and pro forma, and created plans for optimizing resource allocation, scheduling, and management methodology.
Katherine served as an Independent Consultant for a Chinese partner of BMW, Audi, and Ford, where she was key in preparing and executing the market entry strategy for the US market. Katherine also worked at China Development Bank, one of the world’s largest development banks with about $1.7 trillion in assets under management, where she spearheaded field research, risk analysis, and financial projections to push forward an urban renewal project that improved housing conditions for 196,800 low-income households.
