He has built his career in creating solutions with a focus on customer’s business challenges and services that can be applied to solve those challenges.  Mr. Zabel has experience in conducting business discussions with customers regarding Information Lifecycle Management, Data Protection, Storage Economics, Residency and Managed Services, Cloud strategies, and IT Service Catalog development and application.  He is skilled at defining data classification and storage tiering models, and developing Service Portfolio, Service Catalog and enabled service delivery management capabilities.  His roles have included C-level and executive level relationship management and consulting.  Notable companies that Mr. Zabel worked for include Hewlett-Packard and Hitachi.  Mr. Zabel holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Iowa.
